Emil C. Gjerdrum

Emil is born on 17th of april 2007 and grew up on a small island just ouside Oslo. He is a highly skilled and accomplished racing driver that has displayed a passion for motorsports from a very young age. He began karting at the age of 7 and quickly demonstrated exceptional talent on track. 

He was for 2 years the sole representative for Norway in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy , and Norwegian National Motorsport. Emil has also been a part of the National team since 2020 starting in the junior team and worked his way up to the Elite national team he is a part of today. 

2022 saw Emil switch to racing cars where he competed in various different series achieving an impressive 13 podiums and a silver medal in the Norwegian Formula Basic championship.

For the 2023 season Emil joined the highly regarded Mercedes AMG team – Mücke Motorsport where he raced a GT4-AMG adorned in the iconic BWT livery and achieved impressive results. At only 15 Emil also became one of, if not the youngest driver ever to score a FIA GT4 Podium.

In 2024 Emil achieved 12 podiums and his first GT car Championship title, where he won the GT4 Winter Series Pro/Am championship with a Mercedes AMG GT4. 

For the 2025 season Emil entered his first season as a GT3 driver teaming up with Liqui Moly Team Engstler in the ADAC GT Masters Championship. 

In 2026, Emil will continue his venture into GT racing and will participate in the ADAC GT Masters championship with Haupt Racing Team (HRT) in a

Ford Mustang GT3 EVO.
